Thank you for celebrating with us. We can't wait to spend the day with our favourite people, and we want everyone to have a wonderful time. Here are a few things that might be handy to know beforehand.
The Day
What time should I arrive?
Please aim to arrive by 2:45pm, so everyone is seated and settled before the ceremony begins at 3:00pm.
What should I wear?
Garden party!
Ladies: think long, flowy dresses, bright colours and florals. The ceremony will be on grass, so take care with your heel choices.Gents: think a linen or lightly patterned shirt with tailored pants.Need some inspiration? Have a browse of our inspo board.
What if it rains?
Both the ceremony and the reception are outdoors, but we have a couple of wet weather options up our sleeves, so please don't stress about the forecast.
Will it get chilly?
Dinner is outside, and we'll have heaters and blankets on hand if they're needed, but a second layer is worth bringing for the evening.
How late does it go?
We'll have a DJ and a dance floor going until 11pm, so come ready to boogie. The venue would like everyone heading off from 11:15pm, and the shuttle will pick up at 11:30pm.
Where do I park?
There's a car park right next to the venue (the lower level), just off French Farm Valley Road, and there should be plenty of room. If it does fill up, there's overflow parking along the road. You'll find a map on our Getting There page.
Food & Drinks
What's the food situation?
Come hungry! After the ceremony there'll be platters of cheeses, cured meats and other nibbles to enjoy, followed by a relaxed, sharing-style dinner. Dietary requirements and allergies are covered when you RSVP, so just let us know there and we'll look after you.
Will there be a bar?
Yes, there'll be a bar on site with all the usual offerings, including low sugar and non-alcoholic options.
What does the bar tab cover?
We're covering beer, wine, RTDs and all the non-alcoholic drinks. Spirits and cocktails aren't included, so bring your wallet if you'd like one of those.
Can I bring my own drinks?
With the bar on site, we're not able to allow BYO. Thanks for understanding!
Guests & Gifts
Can I bring a plus one or the kids?
We've kept the guest list to the lovely people named on each invitation, so we're not able to add plus ones. We adore your little ones too, but we'd love this to be a celebration where parents can relax and let their hair down. The exception is children named on their invitation, and we can't wait to celebrate with them!
Do I need to bring a gift?
Not at all. Having you there is the best gift we could ask for, and we don't expect anything more. We know some people like to do something though, so there'll be a wishing well at the wedding for cards. If you'd like to give a gift, we'd love to put it towards our honeymoon.

Photos & Other
Can I take photos and post them?
We'd love everyone to keep phones away during the ceremony so we can all be fully in the moment. For the rest of the night, go for it. Snap and post as much as you like, we'd love to see them.
